Description
Lovely English school 19thc watercolour Attributed to John Varley 1778/1842 who exhibited more than 700 works at the OWS, of which he was one of the founders. He also became a highly successful drawing master, his pupils including Copley fielding , John Linnell,& William Turner ( Artist) of oxford. Swan galleries attributory label on reverse 17×19 framed.
