Description
This lot comprises four miniature railway tank locomotives, primarily identified through web intelligence as including a Hornby R077 Great Western Railway (GWR) 0-4-0 tank locomotive, numbered “101” in green livery. Also present is a grey and black “SOUTHERN” locomotive, numbered “104”, identified on its packaging as an “S.R. E2 Class” designed to be fitted to a Triang 0-6-0 chassis. The collection further includes a blue tank engine bearing “G.W.R.” (partially visible as “G R”) and the number “272”, and a black “L M S” engine with the number “16023”. All locomotives are constructed from a combination of plastic and metal, featuring detailed wheels and coupling rods.
Condition report:
The overall apparent condition of the locomotives is good to very good, exhibiting minimal wear consistent with handling. A small white piece of detritus is present on the blue base beneath the \'LMS\' locomotive, not on the locomotive itself.
