Description
A 1913 half Gold Sovereign Coin Sunburst Pendant. The central circular gold sovereign coin features a classical motif of St. George on horseback slaying a dragon, with the numerical date ‘1913’ clearly visible beneath the figures. This coin is encased within a radiating sunburst-style frame of gold-toned metal. The inner edge of the frame around the coin has a textured, faceted pattern. The pendant is topped with a plain bail. – 9.72 g approx
Condition report:
Good condition. Minimal surface wear consistent with age and handling. The gold-toned metal retains a bright, reflective luster. No apparent damage or repairs.
