Description
A collection of ten die-cast model vehicles, predominantly buses and other early 20th-century transport, presented in their original cardboard and plastic packaging. The collection includes various brands such as Matchbox (K15 Bus, Superkings ‘AROUND LONDON TOUR-BUS’, Y-23 1922 AEC Omnibus ‘Kellogg’s RICE KRISPIES’, Models of Yesteryear Y-15 Preston Tramcar ‘SWAN SOAP’), Corgi (470 Green Line Bus ‘LONDON COUNTRY’ with ‘Pentel’ advertisement), EFE (Exclusive First Editions ‘Colman’s Mustard’ bus), Tetley (“On The Road” Tea Model Vehicle), and Days Gone Premier (‘SAXA THE BEST PACKET SALT’ bus). Also included are a horse-drawn ‘Diamond Jubilee Bakery’ van and an ‘ADLER 1835’ steam locomotive. Liveries and advertising vary across the models, including “CHESTERFIELD PARISH CHURCH – 1234” on one Matchbox K15 bus. One Matchbox Models of Yesteryear box is marked “LIMITED EDITION / ÉDITION LIMITÉE”.
Condition report:
All items appear to be in new, unopened condition within their original packaging. Packaging shows minimal signs of shelf wear consistent with age, but no significant damage, tears, or repairs are evident.
