Description
A pair of Star Wars collectibles consisting of a framed film cell presentation display and its accompanying Certificate of Authenticity. The presentation relates to the 1997 Special Edition release of Star Wars Episode V The Empire Strikes Back. The piece is set in a black frame with black and silver/gray double-matting. It features a miniature print of the 1997 film poster, which bears an apparent autograph above the title graphic. Also included is a metallic plaque reading STAR WARS THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK Special Edition Filmcell. The display includes three vertical windows designed to hold film cells, which are currently empty or backed by a dark material. The separate Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is copyrighted 2003 by Lucasfilm Ltd. and guaranteed by Rye By Post Ltd. It verifies the authenticity of the film cell component and bears the serial number 014. The COA is signed by Managing Director Vic Underwood.45x35cm approx
