Description
This OO gauge model train set features a Maunsell L1 Class 4-4-0 steam locomotive and its matching tender, manufactured in Great Britain by Tri-ang Railways (Rovex Scale Models Limited). The locomotive is finished in British Railways green livery with orange lining and bears the running number 31757 on the cab sides. The tender displays the British Railways early crest depicting a lion holding a wheel. The models are constructed with molded plastic bodies, die-cast metal chassis components, and metal wheels and connecting rods. The set is housed in two original red cardboard boxes. The packaging includes the Tri-ang Railways logo in a yellow oval and the text Built in Britain by ROVEX SCALE MODELS LIMITED.
