Condition report:
The ring is in good vintage condition. The shank is designed with an open, bypass-style gap; the rounded finish to the ends suggests this is the original adjustable design (photo 1). Light surface wear, minor scratches, and a small amount of tarnish are present on the gold surfaces. The central garnet is securely held with no significant chips or abrasions visible to the crown (photo 1).
